About Andrew Békés

The company’s founder, Andrew Békés, has more than 25 years of experience in managing properties. His wealth of knowledge and expertise makes him a valuable asset to the company’s clients.

Andrew’s expertise is rooted in his ability to devise creative solutions to complex problems. This, combined with his extensive industry experience, allows Andrew to deliver the best possible outcomes for his clients. Regardless of whether it’s a tenant dispute or a renovation, Andrew ensures that clients receive top-notch solutions.

Andrew is committed to making the property rental industry professional and accountable. He served as a director and then Chair of LandlordBC. For the Rental Owners and Managers Society of BC (ROMS BC), Andrew served as a director and then Vice President. He served on the board for the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations (CFAA).
